Rosca de Reyes
Rosca de Reyes is a traditional Mexican sweet bread served on January 6, the Day of the Epiphany. For the vegan ones, we bake with a blend of flours and almond flour, egg replacer, sugar, and flavored with cinnamon, vanilla extract, almond extract & anise extract, and almond milk. For the glutenfree roscas we bake with a blend of nonwheat flours and almond flour, eggs, milk and spices listed above. All breads are decorated with dried fruits. We only prepare gluten-free, vegan, and vegan-gluten-free roscas. If are allergic to almonds, we can prepare it with out the almond milk or almond flour. please indicated at time of ordering.

We ship these roscas priority mail. Local pick up is available on Jan 6 at Primera Taza in Boyle Heights after 4 pm. I'll be there for a popup.
