I can't believe that Good Mexican Girl started only 8 years ago. In our previous post we shared that we expanded our products to include savory items like our Vegan Empanadas.
It's been such a joy to share this growth with my mom. She retired in March and has been enjoying sharing her love of cooking. Even dreaming that she bakes so many empanandas that employees start to eat them as they come out of the oven. I loved that she shared this with me.
We have a chance to join some big events in 2020. We'll keep you updated on our social media pages. In the meantime, you can always order the empanadas with at least 48hours notice. We'll have our first pop-up in 2020 at Plus Bus on January 2nd. Check out our instagram page for details.
In the meantime, don't forget to order to your Rosca de Reyes. Free Shipping Code: Rosca only good for one day, Friday, December 27. I'll be baking a limited amount of Roscas this season. Out of state orders will be shipped Tuesday, December 31 and Local orders will be shipped Thursday, January 2nd.
How are we blooming in the dark, you may ask? I'm creating some new offerings through our brands Good Mexican Girl and Healing Queen, including a subscription service.
